Glenn founded BlueMar to bring corporate Big Oil experience to an equipment distributorship "working partner" that develops profitable car wash facilities for Investors, Professional Car Washes, Auto Dealers, and C-stores.
Investors can benefit from his experience in using the Lighthouse Car Wash Building and high quality Autec equipment to hold real estate and generate strong cash flow returns. This concept offers the advantages of no employees and off-site management.
Auto Dealers can learn how BlueMar's customers process 200+ cars per day with auto dealer specific equipment and avoid the headaches of conveyors and their associated labor and maintenance.
C-store owners can learn about the pros and cons, service needs and customer feedback to equipment options. In addition, Glenn can review the evolution that major petroleum companies have undergone as preferences moved from old-fashioned weed-whacker nylon brushes to touchless and then Soft-Touch and Combination Equipment.
All clients can benefit from Glenn's ability to assess a project's financial and operational attractiveness.
Furthermore, Glenn can show you how to manage operations using a computer and the internet. View sales and accounting records, live cameras, and video recorded history as well as troubleshoot and reset equipment, and manage maintenance from your office or any internet connected PC.
